Dancers’ legs – Training for toned legs and balance. A pass designed to activate and engage the muscles from hips to toes to shape and strengthen your legs and core muscles. 

❤ Weekly classes on Thursdays, 18.00-19.00, at World Dance Company, Stigbergstorget 8, Göteborg. 
❤ Online class: all classes are live streamed on the zoom platform and replay are available on-demand. 
❤ We limit the number of participants to ensure a distance of 1,5 m between each person.
DANCER’s LEGS – Training for toned legs and balance

Improve your posture, feel secure in your dance, grounded, and strong in your body. The legs and foot are the foundation of our body and often, we give them too little attention and care. 

Join our Dancer’s Legs training to get toned legs, improve your balance and posture, and your skills as a dancer!

No previous experience required – Everyone welcome! 

– We limit the number of participants to ensure a distance of 1,5 m between each couple.
– If you feel sick with the slightest symptom, stay at home.
– Hand sanitizer will be available to use as much as you feel is needed.
– Wash your hands when arriving and before leaving.
– If you get sick and miss one or several classes, you can catch up whenever you are back on tracks, with no time limit and no extra cost.

– One class – 160 SEK / 15 EUR
– Join as many training classes as you want online and/or in studio:
❤ 2700 SEK / 250 EUR for 3 months
6000 SEK / 570 EUR for 1 year (breath and movement metodic course offered)
