About Us
More than a dance school. A community built on connection.
Our Philosophy
We believe in the transformative power of the embrace. At Connect with Joy, we strip away the intimidation often associated with Argentine Tango and focus on connection, musicality, and community.
Whether you are here to find a new hobby, meet new people, or master an art form, our studio provides a sanctuary where the outside world fades away, and only the music remains.

Our Story
In 2013, I signed up for a beginner tango weekend without knowing what awaited me. What I found was unexpected: the comfort of an embrace without expectations, the quiet of two people moving as one, and a moment so present that everything else disappeared.
I still remember opening my eyes after a tanda and realizing I had forgotten everything about my partner — name, age, appearance. Only the connection remained. That was the moment tango became more than a dance. It became a path.
Over the years, this path grew into a school and a community. Today, we are a team dedicated to creating warm, supportive spaces where dancers can grow, explore, and meet each other in presence and joy.
This is tango for us: connection, self-discovery, community — one embrace at a time.
