WELCOME TO THE GYROKINESIS® METHOD

The GYROKINESIS® method reveals the best potential when implemented as an exercise routine practiced regularly. One session after another, our muscles become stronger, our joints more mobile, and our tissues more elastic. While our body awareness increases, our posture improves and our movement quality flourishes. Finally, tensions release, the mind relaxes, and the quality of sleep improves. As a result, we manage our stress better, move with more ease and range, and age with less discomfort.

WEEKLY CLASSES

To experience long lasting changes, you will need to understand the principles of the movement. In order to get there, you need to practice regularly. This is the reason why we offer several options a week, as well as regular intensive classes. This is also why you always have the option to take the classes online, in-studio or with a replay

Registration
After clicking on the Booking button below, you will be directed to our booking system. Once you have selected your class, the date and the time, you will be asked how you want to take the class (online, replay, or in-studio). Finally, you will need to agree with our terms and conditions and select your payment option. 
Last but not least, within 24 hours before the start of your class, you will receive information including access to the studio or the zoom link to the class.
