After the previous intensive editions, the participants enjoyed an increased well-being. For example, increased strength and mobility, improved breath and sleep quality, and a deeper feeling of relaxation.
THE FULL GYROKINESIS® EXPERIENCE IN AN INTENSIVE SET-UP
Over three GYROKINESIS® online classes three days in a row, we will perform the 60′ GYROKINESIS® format Level 1. On top of that we will focus on the following principles:
– The comfort zone, listening to our limitations to expand our possibilities.
– The synergy between the breath and the movement of the spine.
– The connectives lines (fascia) to engage the body as a whole in the movement.
– Argentine Tango performer and teacher since 2013 as a hobby – since 2018 professionally
– A stool or a chair (provided in-studio)
– The possibility to lie down on the floor / a yoga mat
– Friday 26th of February 18.00-20.30 (CET Time): Class 1
– Saturday 27th of February 11.00-13.30 (CET Time): Class 2
– Sunday 28th of February 11.00-13.30 (CET Time): Class 3

Once you have selected your class, the date and time, and filled up the contact form, you will be asked how you want to take the class (online, replay, or in-studio). Finally, you will need to agree with our terms and conditions and select your payment option.
Last but not least, within 24 hours before the start of your class, you will receive information including access to the studio or the zoom link to the class.
