We will use our most gentle moves and principles from the GYROKINESIS® method to help you to release tensions through breath and movement. Body and breathing awareness, gentle core work, self-massage and flow on the program! Those practical tools and techniques come with theoretical explanations, and elements of awareness to help you develop a “tension radar”. With those elements, you will have the tools to develop your own tension release strategies, adapted to your specific context. As a result, your breathing quality will improve, and your posture too.

Module 1: Introduction
Module 2: Breathing and body organisation
Body awareness and alignment of the bones is essential to move efficiently and prevent injuries. In this class, we will focus on the body organisation in arch, curls, twists and waves (fundamental GYROKINESIS® spinal movements). Learn about the fascia, a fundamental element in our body to develop efficient sitting and standing, and stretching with yawning quality.
