1. Breath!  Everything new is exciting and scary, and sometimes it can even be frustrating. Usually, a couple of deep breath helps to keep things relaxed. Try to remember it!  

2. Practice – join the practica and review the material you learn between two classes. Practice your moves alone with the goal to find more balance and stability. 

3. Engage – Ask questions and let your teachers know how it’s going and what would help you. If you need feedback, ask for it!  

4. Trust the process – seek improvements, not perfection. Enjoy the exploration and the aha moments. 

5. Convince your friend to join! It is always funnier to do what we love with people we love! So take your friends to the class, they are always welcome to join and try!
