We are excited about what 2022 brings us and one of the fun projects we are starting is “Tango tips explained in drawings by Tanja”.
In our tango community in Gothenburg, we have a pretty unique contributor. Tanja Russita is an artist who makes aquarelles. She visits the tango milongas and practicas in town, and draw the dancers.

A few days later, her aquarelles show up in our Tango Göteborg Facebook group and we are all so excited to guess who she caught with her pencil!
When we had the Joy of Tango Weekend, we invited Tanja to join us instead of a photographer. There she drew, and sold her art. It was a much appreciated surprise by the participants who were more than happy to be able to purchase and take home such elaborated souvenir.
In 2022, we are going to continue our collaboration. Once a month Elodie gives her and her husband a private tango class and she transfers the concepts into drawings.
