Welcome to Tango styling and adornos for followers with Elodie the 27th of January at World Dance Company, Stigbergstorget 8, Göteborg! 

In my tango styling workshops, my goal is to guide the participants to reveal their unique style, coming from the natural movement of each body. How to use our feet, knees, hips, ribs to create a graceful harmony in our dance and highlight our special touch.

The 27th of November, 14.30-18.30, we will: 
– Explore a few simple ideas to express the music in our dance, from feet to head.
– Tips and tricks for the balance when playing with the free leg.
– Habits vs conscious choice in movement. 
– The “does” and the “don’t” when give a special touch to your dance.

COVID19 considerations:
This class will focus on solo exercises and the size of the group is reduced to guarantee enough space for everyone.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS

Elodie Labonne started her exploration of movement with the dance Argentine Tango in 2013. As she was searching for a method to deepen her understanding of movement technique and tension release, she chose to become a certified instructor with the GYROKINESIS® method. Elodie’s class are much appreciated for the relaxed and friendly atmosphere she creates, as well as the clarity and the precision of her guidance and explanations.
